Office Location: Worli, Mumbai(HYBRID)

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for Collections Officer/ Telecaller-Collections for loan recovery & collections.
• Calling & Collecting payments from delinquent customers.
• Updating & maintaining customers feedback file
• Reminding Customers about their Loan due date & ensuring timely payments are done.
• Meeting the Team & Individual targets on a daily/weekly & monthly basis.
• Preparing collection MIS related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, monthly reports.

Experience & Skills Required:

• 2+ years of work experience in Personal Loan/Credit Card/Mortgage/Home Loans loan in Banking & NBFC’s.
• Added advantage if the candidate is DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified.
• Team player should be able to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word is compulsory.
• Good communication & networking skills.

CTC offered: Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate

Location: Mumbai Office Timing & Working Days: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM- Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
