Key missions of the position:
Deliver product with zero workmanship defects

Work with team to ensure on time delivery

Responsibilities

Ensure completion of wiring & assembly activities as per assembly instruction sheet

Contribute to continuous improvement activities like kaizen, 6s etc..

Have knowledge on hands on experience for performing RCA on daily rejections

Proactively highlight any high safe condition & unsafe act to ensure zero LTA

Daily ensure production as per plan

Required Candidate Profile

Education/Training :Diploma in EEE / ECE / Mechatronics

Professional Experience: 4yrs +

Key Competences (Transversal/Professional)

Competence & Level

Assembly – Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics : Able to troubleshoot & perform job independently

Wiring – Preparation, Soldering, Crimping :Able to troubleshoot & perform job independently

Automobile harnessing :Able to troubleshoot & perform job independently
