The candidate would be expected to :
- Have sound knowledge of Tally ERP
- Focus on maintenance of books of Accounts i.e. Petty Cash Book, Cash Book, Bank Book, Accounts Registers, Investment & Fixed Assets, Receivable and Payable etc.
- Be comfortable with using MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Have knowledge about Banking transactions and Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
- Know about TDS and GST
- Be able to physically take stock and check it periodically
- Prepare agenda, notices and take minutes of Trust or Society Meetings.
- Maintain and write up proceeding books
Working hours : Monday to Friday (9.30 am to 6 pm), Saturday timings would be conveyed on a weekly basis dependent on work load.
Weekly off : Sunday.
