Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Cash collection handling, Accounting through DMS, Collection receipt from F&L team (for cash & Carry) and Sales team (for all credit collections)
Cash Deposits with Radiant / Banks – Daily basis
PODs handling (Ensure that 100% PODs are received and kept in safe and handover to sales force during their collection visit). Either money should be received in full or else receive PODs to be received back from salesman on the same day once days beat is over.
Maintenance of Tracking sheet Collection Tracking sheet Money received Vs Deposit should match, PODs scan on a daily basis, PODs scan for the handover to salesman, PODs tracking sheet.
Knowledge in SAP must
