Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
To be able to source a wide variety of dry staples – cereals, pulses, spices, dry fruits, flours, etc.
Have a good base of suppliers with whom good existing relationships are there.
Track record of sourcing on time, as per requirement of the customer in terms of specifications
Manage healthy credit period with suppliers.
Ability to understand customer requirement and translate into appropriate specs for the supplier
Self-driven, achievement oriented candidate needed, who is passionate about working with sales and business teams to achieve business growth, with healthy margins.
Ability to work with primary sources, and migrate sourcing to primary points – like mills, aggregators to create value.
Ability to collaborate with other units in the organization and other regions, to achieve synergy
