Calling all social media gurus! If you enjoy keeping up with the latest trends, viral videos and social media influencers then this could be your calling. We are in search for a Sinhalese-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Gurgaon.

We want people’s people with a passion for social media and a love for all things trending. You’ll need to have a keen eye for detail as you will be responsible for taking ownership of video content in alignment with client and business strategies.

We want someone with moral integrity and a sense of humour, someone who is proactive and confident in decision making. You’ll need to have objective views when it comes to content monitoring and not be overly sensitive to explicit or sensitive content.

What you’ll need

Freshers/ experience both can apply

Fluency in Sinhalese and English (Essential)

Availability to work varying shifts including night shift hours and/or weekends if required

Demonstrable computer literacy, MS Office skills, understanding of relevant software, and advanced internet functions (Essential)

Prior user-generated content (UGC) moderation (Advantageous)

Experience in content mining and reviewing

Ability to evaluate content in line with content and business policies

Adhere to strict deadline
