Webhelp Hiring for Data Analyst at Gurgaon Full Time

Webhelp is looking for a Data Analyst to improve the candidate and employee engagement strategies and an insights-led approach to talent sourcing. This is a full-time role based in Gurugram that comes with a favourable salary and benefits package.

In your first few weeks in this Data Analyst role, you can expect to:

• Extract data from ATS and HRIS tools to update scheduled reports
• Timely delivery of Daily and Weekly Dashboards to meet stakeholder requirements
• Refresh and monitor power bi dashboards on a day-to-day basis to ensure all power bi reports are refreshed

To apply for this Data Analyst role, you will need 1-3 years of work experience as a data analyst or in a related field. You will also require the following:

• Expert in Advance Excel (Formulae, Pivots, Lookups, Reports, etc)
• Good knowledge of Power pivot, power query, DAX and data modelling
• Knowledge of recruitment processes (Advantageous)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel and BI Tools (MS Excel, SQL basic, DDL/DML/Joins), etc.
