• Design, develop, and implement computer systems according to user needs and business objectives.
• Ability to perform accurate Mathematical calculations.
• Analyze IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and recommend upgrades or changes.
• Manage data security, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by internal users.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on new software and systems.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Assist with the selection, procurement, and installation of new hardware and software.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure IT systems meet their needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to perform accurate Mathematical calculations.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar MIS role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ticketing systems and network management tools (a plus)
