About this role:

AI/ML CoE Platform services, as part of the Data Management and Insight (DMI) group within the Chief Operating Officer (COO) , provides and supports all the required tools and services and solutions required for AI development across the bank. Our goal is to enable the enterprise to leverage the full capabilities of AI for delivering insightful and personalized experiences for customers and team members, driving greater operational efficiency, and better managing risk.

The AI/ML CoE team supports several lines of businesses (LOB) to help them realize their business cases and the best value for their needs by building sophisticated AI models using the state-of-the-art data science techniques. We are looking for dynamic, result driven and knowledgeable Data Science Advocate who can act as trusted advisor for data science managers by demonstrating how AI platforms can help them to improve model development process. We are looking for an individual who can be adaptable in an ever changing AI ecosystem who also has great passion for machine learning and natural language processing
In this role, you will:

• Help our LOB’s with latest AI solution releases and existing models and to work on qualifying them further through the model development lifecycle (MDLC)
• Be the single point of contact for LOB and act as a liaison with product and data scientist
• Educating teams on the implementation of new technologies and initiatives
• Work with data scientists, platform, Datalake, Architecture and infrastructure teams to ensure the model requirements are fully understood and implemented
• Hold regular stakeholder meetings and provide recommendations to product teams
• Provide regular KPI reports for LOB and wider AI teams
• Drive model development activities for better product and effective rollout
• Help with various training activities
• Work closely with Model Business Analysts to ensure of solid business and functional requirements, scalability, reuse and repeatability of models in advance of model implementation

Required Qualifications,India:

• 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management/business consulting, implementation, or strategic planning

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in business, economics or quantitative fields like computer science and engineering or equivalent

• Experience of working within large teams, building complex processes and procedures from scratch

• Previous experience in driving AI adoption within large matrixed organization or experience in marketing or user onboarding of AI solutions

• Good understanding of Big Data and related Datalake technologies

• Knowledge of AI and machine learning model development lifecycles

• Excellent communicator, able to teach and explain clearly. Collaborative, influential and highly self-aware, find solutions

• Great listener, able to learn quickly, show depth of understanding

• Good judgement, decision-making

• Ability to execute multiple and complex tasks quickly in a matrixed environment

• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

• Detail oriented, results driven, and has the ability to navigate in a quickly changing and high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities

• Dedicated, enthusiastic, driven and performance-oriented; possesses a strong work ethic and good team player

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven Knowledge of product and project management methodologies

• Experience with Azure / AWS / GCP AI services and platforms. GCP experience will be advantage

• Good understanding of Big Data and related Datalake technologies

• Top candidate would have familiarity with some of these Data Science Platforms: Domino Data Labs, Databricks, H2O.ai, Datakitchen, Dataiku, Datarobot

• Good to have certifications in Data Science, AI/ML or Big data

• Certification on Cloud services (preferably GCP) – Google AI/ML Certification
