Wells Fargo is seeking a Financial Reporting Associate…
In this role, you will:
Provide support for the company’s regulatory, Security and Exchange Commission, and other external financial reporting requirements
Support external financial reporting activities with a thorough understanding of reporting requirements, end to end reporting processes, and data needed to deliver accurate and complete financial reporting
Receive direction from manager and exercise judgment while developing understanding of policies, procedures, compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Perform a variety of job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization
Attend classroom training, self-study assignments, workshops, networking and other events
Interact with internal customers
Analyze, assess, and test data controls and data systems to ensure quality and risk compliance standards
Monitor data governance, data quality and metadata policies, standards, tools, processes or procedures to maintain common data control
Required Qualifications, International:
BE/B. Tech/BS/BA or higher in Computer Technology or Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics or Business
3+ months of Business Systems Data experience, Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Strong Axiom knowledge
Good knowledge on MS Visio and MS Office
Good Team work skills
Good to have exposure on Automation tools preferably Alteryx and Workflow process
Good to have experience on Reporting tools like Power BI
Good to have knowledge of US Regulatory Reporting and Knowledge on FFIEC 031, FRY 9C Call reports and SEC reports
