About this role:

In this role, you will:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications, US:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Required Qualifications, International:

• Experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Experience in technology like .NET Framework, c#, Selenium , multi-threading, high performance code, multi node architecture, Cloud infrastructure

Desired Qualifications:

• Certification in Capital Markets

  Understanding of various asset class

Job Expectations:

• Requirement analysis and Design – understand requirements, existing architecture and mapping it to target architecture. Should map current services/APIs to latest .NET technology stack and microservices architecture. Should be able to create techno-functional documentation and LLD from requirements
  Develop – micro services, Web Services in .NET C#, .NET framework/NET Ecosystem.
  Should be able to develop SELENIUM automation and automate test cases for (Unit, system and regression test)
  Should have clear understanding of DAO abstraction like: entity framework.
  Should be able to independently implement functionality.
  Should be able to work on integration points involving enterprise technologies
  Should be able to analyse complex requirements, design and implement high performance code.
  Should be able to implement multi-threading
  Should have experience on integration patterns
  Should have implemented code with SOLID principles
  Should be able to mentor junior team members
  Should have clear understanding of TDD and BDD.
  Should have been part of test automation for services.
  Should know how to virtualize service and conduct testing
  Should know build tools, Jenkins, Source control Configuration management – Github
  Deployment – using UDeploy
  Collaborate with various support groups and user
  Source control and configuration management – Should know branching process, merge and check-ins/check-out. Must know GITHUB
