Job role:

We are looking for a Key Accounts Executive to manage all the Seller’s accounts from USA. We are experiencing a strong period of growth creating the opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Supplier Management Team. This position will be responsible for building the best relationship with the sellers and offer excellent service to our sellers to create a happy supplier base for Nivoda in the USA. This position will be working closely with the supplier sales team and IT team, sales team and fulfilment team to ensure all the suppliers are live on the platform and they consider us as one of their important customers.

Responsibilities :

• Build long term relationships with all USA based suppliers

• Bring all the supplier on Nivoda Terms

• Make sure all suppliers from USA are live

• Understand the issues with the Inactive suppliers and reactivate them

• Working hand in hand with the IT team, suppliers sales team and the suppliers to make sure all the suppliers stock are live

• Get deep into the error/ problems of all the stock on the Expired/ Pending tab

• Weekly reporting on progress of increasing online suppliers, why or why are we not on target, how do we get there.

• Make sure we are receiving all the correct data from the suppliers

• Resolve daily issues with the suppliers bought up by the fulfilment team

• Educate the suppliers about our platform and new features

• Meet the regular targets of up-selling and cross selling

• Work on different projects with the suppliers within the timelines

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication, Customer Service mindset

• Attentive, listens to customers and understands their issues

• Problem solver, able to offer solutions

• Proven track record of being able to successfully manage multiple accounts

• Experience with CRM softwares

• Excellent in Excel

• Fast learner (especially if out of industry)

• Driven individual, wants to lead a team in the future

• Gets work done, follows up on tasks
