Ability to support and lead cross-functional teams of engineers. · Accountable for the end-to-end planning and implementation of complex projects. · Lead and negotiate, scope, schedule, budget, risks, deployments and communications for projects and initiatives. · Accountable for Project Planning, Project Management, Project Plan, requirements and Project Deliverable Tracking. · Delivering initiatives from concept through completion on time, within budget and on agreed scope. · Lead project level retrospectives, post-mortems, and RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) with clear next steps, action items, and follow-up. · As a change agent, discover opportunities for process improvements, pilot and then drive it completion. Qualifications · Bachelors or Masters (Computer Science major), or equivalent. · 2 years of experience, working with technical teams.
