The Mobile Staff Engineer role is an IC leadership role. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting technical direction, shaping our engineering culture, identifying and adopting best practices, designing effective partnerships, mentoring and coaching the team, and more. You will be a technical leader with autonomy who will work to enable effective collaboration, high velocity execution, and technical excellence. You will work at all layers of the stack and partner closely with technical leaders and management across all of the engineering, research, product, and design. You will help our codebase stay ahead of the curve of the constantly evolving development ecosystem and will ensure that feature development at WDC is both fast and fun. BE, BTech or MTech in Computer science Requirements: * 5+ years of experience developing iOS applications * Proven development experience on smartphone platforms. * Extensive programming experience with at least one programming language such as Swift, Objective C * Extensive experience with iOS Frameworks such as Core Data, Core Graphics, Core Location, MapKit, Quartz Core, AVFoundation, UIKit, Address Book, Event Kit etc * Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.. * Knowledge of software architecture design * Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning * Familiarity with code versioning and CI/CD tools like Git, SVM, Jenkins. * Familiarity with Analytics and Debugging tools. * Must have worked on few apps that is published in AppStores. *Preferred : * * Experience in Android application development * Experience in React native application development.
