• We are looking for only Female Candidates.
• Experienced (in the same field) candidate will be preferred.
• To counsel clients about student/PR visa process & requirements of countries like New Zealand, Australia, Canada.
• To explain about colleges and different courses.
• To explain about college and embassy fee structure.
• To convince and retain the customer in an effective manner.
• To provide career counselling to the students in different fields.
• To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students/clients.
• Provide good customer service to all the students/clients by resolving their queries and guide them on all steps from admission to post-landing service.
• Attend walk-ins and Handling client interactions, customer query in terms of the queries related to Study Abroad solutions.
• Provide professional Guidance in Counselling, Admissions, Case study, and evaluating the eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction.
• Participate in Company Seminars and other events for promotion activities.
• Thorough knowledge of Visa Filling and admission process.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be a graduate in any stream.
