Better requires process discipline and simplification As a key member of our engineering team, you will develop and implement new software, maintain, and improve existing software, and ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization. You will troubleshoot application issues & coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams. You will provide coaching to Junior Associates.

For this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in Core Java 1.5 and above, developing the Java, Springboot, API, Microservices, REST/GraphQL, NoSQL (Cassandra), AWS/EKS, Test frameworks (karate). It will be nice if you have web-app knowledge as well. You have experience using the latest engineering & build tools like Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, git.
