Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

COE level target drilldown

Synergize/Collaborate among PELs, PEHs, PPMs, COE Heads to arrive at COE level TCP targets in line with vehicle level targets. Keeping prime focus on Engineering, collaborate with CDMM and Manufacturing/CME on specific points

Monitor/Review to arrive at COE level TCP targets and sign off by PME, PEL to Plan and execute.

Enable PEL with all relevant inputs for setting system level targets

Collaborate within COE Heads/PMO/Platform on resource and budget specific to COE

Delivery of set targets

Enable to achievement of COE/system-level TCP targets: By ensuring

Monitor/Review/Escalate TCP Deliverables(of SOR/TSO/Drawing Releases/FI/Weight etc.) Risks of COE with COE Heads Group-COE Heads/Group-COE-PME

Monitor/Review/Escalate – Issues from Validation, Vehicle Development, Manufacturing/CME, Quality-RGA, PPMs, PELs etc. of COE for all M6 programs(in Execution stage) by the COE-PME Group COE-PME PPM

The Group COE PME to discuss red issues , resource issues , interface issues with Group COE Heads

Monitor/Review/Escalate – COE departmental budget, COE specific project budget and material cost risks – PME Lead COE Heads Group-COE Heads

Monitoring & tracking of timely completion of SOR,TSO,TKO deliverables for respective CoEs

Manage Resource requirement & allocation for COE

Deviations

TCP deviations to be Escalated to COE Head, Group-COE-PME, Group-COE Head, CPH & CGPD ensuring completeness and correctness of the quality assessment and report.

8+yrs of exp

Industry Preferred

Automotive OEM;

Large engineering consultancy for Automotive OEM
