Roles and Responsibilities
Handling Inbound & Outbound calls
Making Follow-up calls & Fixing appointments
Outbound Calling on Data collected through lead generation activities
Handling the customer queries
Keep records of call
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Required skills:
Proven experience in customer relationship role with Automobiles industry background
Good communication skills
