This role in summary
The purpose of this job is to drive the People Excellence strategy and agenda in line with the business strategy and needs.
Your responsibilities will include
KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : ● Work closely with the business leadership to define and fine tune the People Excellence strategy ● Partner with business leadership on all the core Organization and People processes such as Organizational Effectiveness, Talent strategy, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Compensation planning, Learning & Development plans, employee engagement, I&D, Rewards & Recognition ● Develop or internally leverage frameworks, processes and policies towards strengthening talent pipeline, retention and engagement and compliance, aligned to the overall Business strategy in a challenging and evolving work environment ● Lead from front organizational initiatives in the areas of culture alignment, I&D, employee communications. ● Regular employees connect and lead employee engagement activities. ● Key support to Site Champion and continuous improvement on site improvement activities on people, culture, processes. ● Ensure employee health, wellness & safety. ● Lead and execute Rewards & Recognition process. ● Focus on continuous improvement of culture and people leader effectiveness ● Lead and support on leave management system. ● Partner with regional and global HR organizations to share and leverage best policies and practices, report progress and metrics and enhance the center’s representation in regional and global HR forums ● Ensure consistency and compliance of HR practices and policies – in compliance with central, state, and local laws ● HR Business partnering experience ● Work experience on success factors tool for Recruitment and onboarding process
Preferred skills and experiences
● Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage successfully business and functional priorities as HRBP ● Strong interpersonal skills and abilities to effectively communicate with employees, partners and global stakeholders at all necessary levels ● Change Management and conflict resolution skills ● Business acumen, process facilitation and problem-solving skills ● Ability to drive HR processes and practices in a highly matrix global organization ● Strong reporting, analytical and data interpretation skills Good working knowledge of labor laws, HR policies and practices including talent development, compensation & benefits, university relations and contract talent management
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS Master’s Degree/MBA in Human Resources / PGDBM/ Industrial / Labor Relations EXPERIENCE/ PREFERRED INDUSTRY Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience
