The team you will be a part of

The Manufacturing Maintenance team plans, prioritizes and manages technical service activities to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and that customer service agreements are fulfilled. Develops, evaluates and reviews technical service procedures and standards. Monitors the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending and achieve timeliness, reliability and customer satisfaction standards.

This role in summary

Maintenance analyst

Perform repairs, fabrication, operations and maintenance of medium voltage electrical systems and associated equipment

Can handle utility equipment-Air compressor/substation/DG

Basic Knowledge of hydraulic and penumatic ckt

Can handle turnkey projects in cost /oee/energy

Knowledge of foaming /vac forming process is preferable

Coordinates with others in order to determine problems and implement solutions 24×7 days

Your responsibilities will include

Experience: Experience in control/electrical and siemens plc -s7 200/300/1200/1500/and mitsubishi Q/A series/motion plc /hydraulic/pneumatic

Job Summary:

Must have knowledge of LOTO system

Hands on experience of mitsubishi VFD/SERVO MOTOR/motion plc and SEW SERVO MOTOR AND DRIVE

Hands on experience of PLC PROGRAMMING,troubleshooting,modification ,hardwiring ,ios module-siemens plc/mitsubishi plc-s7200/300/1200/1500/ and Q series mitsubishi,motion controller

Point to point wiring of relays,contectors, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, Interfaces, & Instrumentation,PNP & NPN sensor wiring and encoder configuration

Knowledge of OEE/TPM/wcm preferable

Can Plan and execute Machine Preventive maintenance independently with zero break down mindset

Can handle shift and plant electrical maintenance team independently

Minimum requirements

Exp – 8 to 10 Years

Qualification – Btech Electrical or Electronics

Experience on which PLC

Have you worked on Loto

Exp in WCM , Total preventive maintenance

Preferred skills and experiences

Safety System

Plc programming
