The team you will be a part of
The Information Systems team is responsible for implementation of the enterprise architecture and the development and maintenance of the organization’s computing/IT environment. Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.
This role in summary
O verseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of Whirlpool’s HR Technology systems. Leading a team with efficient and effective HR processes.
Your responsibilities will include
The successful candidate will provide leadership in the following areas:
Lead and manage a diverse team of HRIS professionals.
Provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Manage and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and system functionality.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure uniformity across functions.
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Configure and update system modules, workflows, and features to align with organizational needs.
Collaborate with HR teams to identify and implement system and process enhancements.
Automate routine HR tasks to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal security policies.
Partner with HRIS vendors to manage system updates, integrations, and issue resolution.
Minimum requirements
5+ years of HR technology experience; SuccessFactors certification a plus
Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and system workflows.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Familiarity with system integration processes and APIs is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
