Construction Billing Engineer – WNSCBE13092022

• Prepare measurement sheet from onsite date & drawings.
• Prepare bills of quantities & bills with rates.
• Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
• Check bills raised by the contractor.
• This includes on-site verification of measurement & verification of rates.
• Review of bills of quantities and item lists.
• Checking of bills and invoices from vendors or contractors.
• Analysis of variation claims by contractor/vendors and closing of the same.
• Prepare preliminary estimates at proposal stages.
• Rate analysis, bill estimation costing.
• Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.
• Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
• Take the measurement from the site engineer.
• Get work done as per the protocol of the company.
• Follow up on the accounts department for payment.
• Review the quantities item listed.
• Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors.
• Checking measurements.
• Bill certification.
• Preparing reconciliation statements.

Key Skills

• Preferably from a Real Estate Background.
• Knowledge of proper billing and inventory management.
• Data management in ERP.
• Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
• Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
• Skills to operate common office equipment.
• Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Should have experience in real estate projects like residential and commercial

Salary
₹30000/- to ₹60000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidates)
