JOB SUMMARY:

As an Executive- Accounts, we are looking for a highly skilled Individual in handling the overall accounting and financials of the company including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Book Keeping, MIS Reporting, and Documentation.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Responsible for MIS reporting, Weekly/Monthly Sales Data Reports, and Outstanding debtors reports.
• Create invoices, Credit notes, maintain sale report weekly and monthly, and Timely invoice share with clients.
• Maintain cash inflows focus on collection part, invoice ageing.
• Process invoices, generated payment files, verified and processed employee expense reports, monitored payment status of accounts, assisting with month-end closures.

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of Experienced Professional in Accounts.
• Well aware of GST Compliance, TDS Compliance, Auditing, fund management, credit control, and profitability.
• Have experience in Bookkeeping, MIS Reporting, and Documentation.
• Hands-on experience in ERP like SAP and Excel.
