Job Description: Account Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Would have to manage remote teams including Appointment Setters and Solar Consultants to ensure productivity.

• Would have to monitor reports for productivity and prepare final reports according to KRAs assigned.

• Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 Years of International Call Center experience with minimum 2 years in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.

• Must have exceptional verbal and written English (100%) communication skills with neutral to as-close-as American accent.

• Knowledge of CRMs, Microsoft office & Google Sheets & Doc tools is an added advantage.

• Good interpersonal and analytical skills.

• Self-disciplined and highly motivated.

• Must have a laptop or computer with most updated technical requirements, noise cancellation headsets, quiet place at home to work, high speed & stable internet connection and consistent power supply with backup.

• Must be available to start within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your candidature.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
