Job Description

Responsibilities –
1. To understand & troubleshoot L1 and L2 level issues about WiJungle Firewall over Call/Email and Whatsapp.
2. Give virtual installation support to partners/customer related to configurations.Skills –
1. Sound Knowledge of Networking Concepts.
2. Canidates are preferred if have hands on experience over Firewall Configurations.
3. Soft Spoken and Fluent in English/Hindi communications.
4. Good Analytical Abilities.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR20,000.00 – INR30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
