• The Retail Operations Executive is responsible for assisting the day-to-day operations of our Retail Channel. This role is crucial for ensuring the stores operate efficiently while delivering excellent customer service and achieves sales targets. Additional responsibility will be to communicate and implement sales promotion strategies and co- ordinate with our Visual Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, Audit and L&D teams to co-ordinate smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Sale s:
• Drive sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing retail best practices.
• Sales Reports :
• Analyse sales data, sales reporting and identify areas for improvement Provide regular reports on sales performance and other operations /business reports as required on a routine basis.
• Operations :
• Maintenance and Updation of SOP
• Administration of Retail Platform Wooqer
• Administration of Omni channel processes
• Stakeholder Management :
• Visual Merchandising :
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute VM, promotional displays and campaigns.
• Merchandising and Audit :
• Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage replenishment processes.
• Co-ordinate Audit and inventory control measures to minimize stock losses, shrinkage, and wastage.
• L&D :
• coordinate for implementation of L&D programmes and maintain records.

Qualifications And Skills

Education Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in business administration, Retail Management

Work Experience : At least 1 year of Proven experience in retail floor operations.

Skills

• Excellent communication and proficiency in Excel.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• Interpersonal and collaboration skills for effective national co-ordination.
