Key Responsibilities:
Course Development:
• Create engaging, up-to-date, and comprehensive lesson plans and learning materials for digital marketing courses.
• Tailor content for different levels, from beginners to advanced learners, covering topics such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, web analytics, and paid advertising.
Teaching and Mentoring:
• Deliver online or in-person lectures, workshops, and training sessions.
• Provide hands-on experience with popular marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
• Offer personalized feedback to students on assignments, projects, and performance.
Student Engagement:
• Facilitate interactive discussions and encourage participation in classes.
• Track student progress and provide support to ensure they reach learning goals.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes.
Staying Updated:
• Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and new tools/platforms.
• Continuously improve curriculum content to reflect the latest best practices in digital marketing.
Practical Training:
• Help students build and manage live digital marketing campaigns.
• Teach the implementation of strategies for real-world business challenges, using case studies and client projects.
Career Guidance:
• Provide career advice, such as building digital marketing portfolios, preparing for job interviews, and navigating the job market.
• Help students explore different specializations within digital marketing (e.g., content marketing, influencer marketing, PPC advertising).
Required Skills:
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in areas such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, web analytics, and paid ads.
• Hands-on Knowledge: Practical experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, MailChimp, and HubSpot.
• Pedagogical Skills: Ability to explain complex topics clearly and in a structured way.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage students effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to tailor teaching methods based on individual learning styles.
• Technological Literacy: Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Teachable).
Qualifications:
• Professional Experience in an Agency: A minimum of 3-5 years working in a digital marketing agency with experience managing client accounts and campaigns.
• Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or any other relevant digital marketing certifications are highly preferred.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields. Advanced qualifications in digital marketing are a plus but not always required with solid professional experience.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Networking and Industry Connections: Utilize connections within the agency and industry to help students gain internships or job placements.
• Collaboration with Agency Team: Work closely with agency professionals to ensure the academy’s curriculum reflects the latest in digital marketing best practices.
