Roles & Responsibilities
· Guest Relations & CRM
Manage the Guest Relation Team
Understand and fine tune the inter- department process to maintain synergy with other departments
Training, grooming of your team, and look for new ways to provide customer delight experience
· Social Media campaign management
Liaise with each department head to manage our social media calendar.
Communicate digital marketing priorities to the marketing and communication team at TEBS.
Keep track of social media activity and respond to any messaging on these platforms.
· Corporate Sales
Build a rapport with corporate clientele and generate steady and predictable business.
Build awareness amongst the corporates in the vicinity about our brands.
Maintain an accurate and current database of companies and related personnel.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
