• Troubleshooting day to day network problems as well as user PC and Laptop problems
• Troubleshooting of different kind of Printer LaserJet, Barcode Printer Zebra, TSC, and Honeywell & Multifunction Printers.
• Troubleshooting of Barcode scanner Zebra, Honeywell.
• Prepared & loaded software for client use Windows, Microsoft office, Seqrite endpoint Antivirus Utilities, Network,Printer problem,Outlook Express mail, Cabling/Crimping, Maintenance and backup management etc.)
• Customized, Configured & Troubleshoot All Microsoft Windows.
• Maintaining of 30E and 60E Fortinet Firewall with bandwidth management, User access / Group Creation, IPV4 Policy, Routing process, Create and Manage Interface and IP Sec Tunnel future.
• Maintained Asset Management and Vendor Management. Installation & Handling of CCTV Camera System.
• Handling escalations on unresolved H/W and S/W Problems
• Monitoring Mail Server, Domain Controller, System Performance and System Security
• Installation & Configuration of SAP & ERP for Clients.
• Editing and troubleshooting SAP HANA Basis systems for PP, MM, SD Modules Good knowledge in SAP Solution Manager Tools and methodologies Implementation of Application related Work orders assigned to our team.
