Roles & Responsibilities:
- Adherence to, and achievement of, individual and departmental Service Levels, Objectives and Quality Standards
- Search all systems for relevant documents
- Collate all documents in line with DSAR process
- Check documents for completeness
- Ensure complete file is sent to CMC’s
- Take ownership for keeping up to date with internal procedural changes and policy updates, ability to deal well with change
