Support the day-to-day work of the Executive Director Answering phone call and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages & responding to emails and communication as directed by the Executive Director. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities. Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues. Responsible for leading, managing and assisting all activities related to sales and customer support function on day-to-day basis. Make travel and accommodation arrangements for ED, Staff & Clients whenever needed. Act as an interface between the company and the customer for all queries related to quotation receipt and submission thereof. Registering, maintaining and updating an accurate MIS of the receipt of customer enquiries with latest status for real time access. Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and client. Helping in preparing agenda for meetings. Collaboration with internal development and sales/marketing teams on regular basis to resolve customer queries if any. Manage additional responsibilities based on business requirements/exigencies.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR18,000.00 – INR25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
