Permanent Contract to start ASAP

39 weeks per year, 36 hours per week

Band G SCP19 – 24 FTE £25,481 – £28,672 Actual salary £22,013 – £25,331

Our over-subscribed school is looking to appoint an experienced, skilled and compassionate Behaviour Manager to lead and manage the operation of the Reflection Room. They will collaborate with the data team to provide regular tracking & reporting data on whole school behaviour and achievements. They will co-ordinate the whole school rewards policy and help to maintain high standards of behaviour and attitudes across the school as an active member of the pastoral board.

The successful applicant will work under the direction of the Vice Principal Pastoral to ensure that every pupil placed in the Reflection Room behaves well, completes their work and reflects on their poor behaviour for sustained improvement. An additional requirement of the role is to support standards across the school, working as part of the wider pastoral team.

The position would suit someone with outstanding levels of personal resilience, good humour and a team-orientated approach to work. An unswerving focus on the best possible outcomes for all children, no matter the context, is an absolute prerequisite.
