Technical Support Analyst – Payment Gateway

As a Payment Gateway Technical Analyst you will be the first point of contact for our customer reporting queries / incidents & you will be expected to diagnose and resolve technical queries, working in close collaboration with other internal teams.

You’ll need to have a customer-centric mind-set with excellent communication & administrative skills, whilst having a flare for technical analysis and in-depth problem solving. Candidates will also need to be comfortable with working under pressure whilst effectively managing & prioritizing several tasks.

With the payment industry undergoing rapid growth and advancement, we’re looking for someone who can adapt quickly as new technologies present new problems, as well as participating directly in our evolution by suggesting service improvements to enhance both customer and colleague experience.

What will you be doing?

• Dealing with client technical queries and incidents via email and phone
• You will be using a variety of systems/tools to investigate errors and identify fixes
• Diagnose and resolve technical and financial queries
• Attending technical conference calls with clients and suppliers to troubleshoot faults.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience of conducting in-depth technical analysis and troubleshooting within a technical environment using different tools and software
• Result and delivery focused with the ability to work under pressure and produce high quality work in time-sensitive scenarios and in line with business governance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including negotiation, influencing and presenting to a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding of Ecommerce transaction flows and payment mandates is desirable but not essential

• Composure when dealing with challenging client service demands
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal with a professional telephone manner
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹1,100,000.00 per year
