Wizikey Hiring for Product Analyst (Fresher) at Gurgaon Full Time

Wizikey, a Marketing software, empowers PR & Communications professionals to leverage the power of data and artificial intelligence to measure and optimise their efforts. By integrating raw data from multiple sources including news, social media, blogs , analytics softwares and more, Wizikey provides a unified and wholistic intelligence to track, measure and manage communications efforts on 30+ metrics. It is used by hundreds of companies globally including such as User testing, eBay, Kissflow, Yellow.ai, CredAvenue and more.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic product analyst to assist the team in determining product usage of the customers, identify patterns and recommend new product features to the larger product as well as the tech team. The product analyst’s responsibilities include working closely with different departments within the company, analyzing product data to make product recommendations, interviewing customers to receive customer feedback, and compiling product data. You should be able to study products on the market in order to create a better product.

To be successful as a product analyst, you should be able to monitor product performance, manage media database and help with datasets for the product marketing team.

Product Analyst Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends.

• Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company’s current and future needs.

• Provide assistance with product usage, and identify new sales opportunities in terms of user behaviour

• Develop and oversee small to medium-scale projects.

• Analyze metrics to continually improve the product.

• Contribute to product marketing as well as the database team, create dashboards and help enhance the product database.

• Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth.

• Work with other company departments to improve the analysis and presentation of products.

• Experience – 0 to 1 years

• Previous product analysis internships or work experiences would be an added advantage.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is preferred.

• Proficient in database software, SQL. Python knowledge would be a plus.

• Strong communication skills.

• The ability to balance customer needs against the company’s vision.

• Excellent time management skills.
