Job Description
Skill / Special Skill: A.M

a. Having a minimum of 7+ years of Experience in Managing Physical and Virtual Servers in a large environment typically 300+ Servers.

b. Should be expert in Server Hardware and OS troubleshooting with ability to resolve issues in the lowest possible time.

c. Experience in handling Servers across multiple OS flavours.

d. Knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting of Hardware RAID levels.

e. Ability to handle escalations and manage environment single handedly whenever required.

f. Provide RCA for Technical issues.

g. Experience in tracking server activity, performing upgrades of software, addressing technical problems.

h. Working experience of HyperV and Vmware technologies.

i. Ability to face various audits.

j. Ability to prepare Technical SOP’s and bring in improvements.

k. Working knowledge of Azure and AWS Cloud.

l. Knowledge of networking fundamentals.

m. Knowledge of ITIL Preferred.

n. Good Documentation Skills preferred.

Qualifications

HSC and Above
