Wobbai Hiring for Account Manager at New Delhi Full Time

• Build and maintain client relations

• Account Planning & Campaign Ideas, strategies for new and repeat campaigns

• Prepare concept notes, get approvals from clients for scope of work and ensure implementation

• Work as an extended team member of clients, and truly represents the benefits for the client

• Ensuring strict adherence to timelines by the support and influencer marketing team.

• Handle support and Influencer marketing campaigns team for entire implementation.

• Working towards increasing the scope of work with existing clients.

• Working towards retaining the client by ensuring campaign success and client satisfaction.

• Collecting feedback, reviewing comments and brainstorming ways of optimizing activities involved in execution.

• Executing platform demos and addressing basic follow up queries by clients including technical queries.

• Coordinating with technical and support team to resolve campaign specific queries

• Additional work may include generating more leads, Introducing Inbound leads to Wobb’s offerings and platform driving towards sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹350,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per year
