Overview / Responsibilities:
The Business Systems Support (BSS) team provides support to Oracle HRMS, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain
and Projects functions. The BSS Systems Administrator will perform administrative tasks within Wood Oracle
ERP applications and other associated applications.
Responsibilities:Creating user accounts, modifying user accounts and resetting passwords for ERP applications and other
associated applications
Monitoring, updating and re-directing support tickets and assisting resolution by liaising with IT&S
personnel, business users and third parties
Resolving minor technical issues and other basic non functional queriesAssisting other users with gaining access and using 3rd party support tools; providing support with
escalating tickets
Responsible for scheduling system changes in adherence to change management processes after
agreeing appropriate windows with the relevent parties
Communicating production and non-production system outages and other information to the
appropriate user groups, informing users of system downtime and other activities that may affect
operations.
Providing evidence to internal and external audit teamsProviding support for quarterly reviews and privileged access reviewsProviding support with document control activities to ensure the correct document versions are stored
in the correct location
Performing other IT&S system related activities as requiredResponsible for ensuring that all systems and associated support systems are administered in
accordance with internal procedures and utilising processes agreed with auditors
Skills / Qualifications:Qualifications:Educated to High School/Secondary level to higher A level or equivalent standard as a minimumKnowledge, skills and experience:One year in an administrative or similar roleProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerpointStrong administrative skillsAble to communicate clearly with othersA willingness to learn new systems and technologiesPersonal attributes:Proactive and able to work on own initiativeGood interpersonal skillsGood communication skills. Fluent written and verbal English essential.Ability to interact directly with business users in a concise mannerGood written skills, with the ability to create and maintain documentationActs consistently with and represents the culture of the organisationAbility to work well as part of a teamWell organised and excellent time managementInterest in development of knowledge of new applications and practicesHigh level of personal integrity including confidentiality and compliance with Wood business ethics and
