Customer Relationship Executive
Primary Responsibilities:
- Creating ‘delight’ for the customer during the project life cycle
- Assisting with adherence to project timelines
- Conflict resolution
- Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels
Required Qualities & Skills:
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The candidate should be a team player
- Should also have expert knowledge of tools like google sheets and MS excel.
Salary: 2.5 – 5.0 LPA
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
Locations: Pune
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
