· Agent will effectively handle telephone requests by processing the information received accurately and effectively for the following: Ecommerce related queries (Website/App related), General inquiries, Payment related issues, Product cancelation, Delivery issues or inquiry, Change or replace product, complaint regarding payment issues or wrong or damage product delivered.
· Agent should have good communication skills as they will deal with the US customer base. (we will provide V&A training)
· Agent will deliver a high level of customer service to every incoming call focusing on customer’s account.
· Agent should have an understanding of the significance of customer service and adhere to high standards at all time
· Agentneeds to make sure that the CSAT Score of the customer should be at 100% all times.
· Agent will keep the minimum hold time on the call (In case required).
· Agent will perform miscellaneous tasks given by the Management/ Company/ Client
And should be able to complete the same within given deadline while performing daily tasks.
· Agent will focus on ACR (Answer Success rate)
· Agent will focus on AHT, Thresh hold time, Attendance, Roster and CSAT Score at all times.
MUST HAVE:
· Person should have relevant work experience (1-2 years)in US Inbound calling with tremendous track records in previous organization.
· Should have passion to grow within the organization at all times.
