Role: Business Analyst:

Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

• 10 Years experience
• Work with regional stakeholders to define unified processes for implementation across all countries
• Documentation of specifications and requirements working with both the regional process champions and development team. This may include user requirements, functional specifications, project requirements and user acceptance test plans
• Provide the communication link between the stakeholders and the development team
• Assist the local country teams to define acceptance criteria
• Full understanding the of the QA processes
• Work effectively with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to the department
• Assess the impact that process change may have on other country teams
• Demonstrable experience in writing User Stories and functional specifications for distributed development teams
• Experience of working within multi territory / country projects
• The ability to conduct effective cost / benefit analyses
• Demonstrable experience of working within an agile development environment
• An exceptional communicator who can translate between a technical and non-technical audience
• Able to build effective working relationships with other team members throughout the business
• Able to drive solutions through to implementation for both internal and external customers
