The Marketing Coordinator, Web will coordinate and implement marketing communication across the brand(s) websites to ensure that content is well-structured, easy to find, and meets the needs of its users. You will ensure all necessary content is included on the website(s) and is laid out in a way that suits the users. You will keep everything up to date, accurate, and optimized.
What you’ll do
Manage the CMS(s), working alongside the Marketing Specialist, Web, developers (in-house and or agency), ABM, Brand & Acquisition, Creative, Content, and CRM Operations teams members to ensure they meet the needs of the brand(s)
Build, schedule, and publish content
Ensure all content is on-brand and fits where it should within the website(s)
Edit images and videos where required so they are optimized for the website(s)
Take ownership of the SEO template to ensure the content produced is SEO optimized
Conduct content audits to ensure content is routinely reviewed, updated, or retired from the site as required and gaps are identified and closed
Review and implement recommendations from analytics data reports while learning how users interact with the site(s)
Conduct survey users and hold focus groups to learn about how they view your site
Support the Marketing Specialist, Web on new feature suggestions and improvements
Work on special projects as needed – examples include new product launches, SEO improvements, or overhauling sections of the website
Manage and share site maps to help the wider business to understand the structure and function of the website
Regularly update the digital dimensions cheat sheet and distribute it to the wider marketing and broader business
Own and update the web brand guidelines
Stay knowledgeable about all web-related updates and innovations and proactively suggest content and design ideas to help tell the brand story
Liaise with 3rd party agencies when required
