Job description. Administrative Work: -1. Do all Outside office work,bank work etc ,Bring office use material from the Market.(stationery ,Pantry etc)2.. Informing vendors regarding work and getting work done on time and bring material from transporter office to our office.3. Any other office work, as and when it is requiredPlanning on daily basis for the next day, Jobs needs to be done and assigning the same to helping staff2. Inventory and logistics : -I. Maintaining Inventory records on daily basis (in/out) in Excel sheet.II. Keeping track of material which are less in stock.III. Listing of materials and getting it packed as per the orders.IV. Bring materials from Transporter office to our Office.V. When materials received then, Check it, count and arrange in the storage area, and enter into inventory.3. Purchase Support : -I. Taking quotations from different vendors and getting their samples.Comparing all the samples and price, negotiating and placing orders.III. Getting the PI from the vendors of the material which is less in the inventory and comparing the price of last time and negotiating (If required).IV.
