The role involves working in the customer service team of a profitable and growing company. This role ensures exposure to various channels of customer interaction, including – voice and non-voice.

• Should be strong at customer service.
• Impeccable communication skills are a must.
• Should enjoy conversing with customers.
• Hungry and humble, low ego and willing to do whatever it takes to succeed.
• Passion for ensuring a great customer experience with every contact.
• At least 6 Months of prior experience in a voice process, preferably an international voice process.
• Graduate degree preferred.

Other details:

• operate five days a week. Two days rotational week-off.
