Full Job Description
Require Administrative Assistant in an International School in Hyderabad.
Qualification – Graduate
Role – The Administrative Assistant supports the Director of Finance and Operations (DFO) and the Human
Resources (HR) Manager directly and works with various department members as required performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing direct support to the DFO and HR Manager, assisting in daily office needs and general administrative activities and ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES –
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies
Maintain contact lists
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with Leadership Team members to handle requests and queries from faculty and staff
Experience –
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Ability to work well within a cross-functional team environment and diverse communities.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
Preference to those who can join immediately
