Xeneration Inc Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Remote Full Time

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Location – India) to join our growing team immediately. Role requires India night shift (permanently) and fixed Saturday + Sunday off. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat. You will be expected to provide timely and accurate information, resolve customer issues, and escalate complex issues as needed. To be successful in this role, you should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to handle difficult customer interactions with empathy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, but we are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
