RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintaining of Company Accounts, invoice entries and generating invoices, sales documents.
Complete accounting of Receivables and payables
Cheques management.
Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
Inventory management.
Maintaining all documents in office records as per standards.
GST Filings.
Employee expenses management.
Filing of ESI/PF/Professional tax etc. as per standards.
Generation of various accounting reports as required by the company.
Profit and loss statement generation and internal audit.
Balance sheet generation and internal audit.
TDS filings.
ITR & ROC filings data to be prepared.
Logistics management including management of imports.
Office Administration including supervision of premises, assets and inventory maintenance.
The candidate should independently take care of all the above mentioned responsibilities.
Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
EXPERIENCE:Should be experienced in maintaining accounts, managing all legal formalities related to a company.
Should have experience and good knowledge of GST filings and GST rules.
Should be experienced in procurement of materials.
Needs to have good command on MS EXCEL.
Should have experience and knowledge of using latest version of TALLY software.
High familiarity with ZOHO books software will be an added benefit.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD MEET FOLLOWING CRITERIA:Experience of working in India.
Updated with all GST compliances and rules and have experience of regularly, file GST returns monthly
Familiar with and have experience in fulfilling compliances of TDS, ESI, PF fillings.
Experience with periodic P&L statement generations, balance sheets generations as per IT acts.
Good communication skills including speaking and writing emails.
Can speak Telugu, English, Hindi/Urdu.
Experience in dealing with imports.
Experience in inventory management.
