Designation: Sr. Software Engineer (Engineer I, Software Engineering)

Location: Kochi

Timings: 1 PM to 10 PM(IST)

Experience: 5 to 9 years’

Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA

Role Description:

Design, develop, and evolve Xerox software for Intelligent Workplace Services offerings, including applications that run on premise and on the cloud. We are seeking forward-thinking Full-Stack Software Engineer, interested in development with an agile and DevOps mindset.

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with .NET/.NET Core (C#)

• 5+ years of experience with MS SQL Server

• Experience with web client technologies (HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)

• Ability to work within a Scrum team environment

• Knowledge of performance considerations, ability to measure performance and make improvements

• Strong ability to understand a system from end-to-end

• Shows a systematic, analytical approach to problem solving and shows aptitude for analyzing and managing problems arising from incidents

• Demonstrates above average communication skills with an aptitude for dealing with users, colleagues and suppliers

• Takes initiative to keep own and skills up to date and to maintain awareness of and, in own area(s) of expertise

Good to Have

• Microsoft Azure Platform

• Experience with Azure DevOps

• Experience with automated build and deployment

• Experience with BI development

Responsibilities:

• Full-stack software development using iterative agile methodologies

• Analyzing and documenting technical solutions

• Create unit level tests and integration testing

• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions

• Actively participate in team meetings and cross-functional interactions

• Comply with UI Design as well as Xerox branding standards

• Ensure solutions are maintained for high availability, scalability, security, and supportability

• All other duties as assigned
