Job Description
We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate in sales, with a focus on B2B sales. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential for this role. Fluency in Hindi is considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
– Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
– Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
– Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
– Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
– Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
– Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
– Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a sales representative
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office
– Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
– Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
– Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
– Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
– Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
