Full Job Description
As a Atlassian Administrator, he/she will be responsible for technical integration of Atlassian products – Jira software, Service Desk, Confluence & Bitbucket architecture for designing, developing, and managing. Lead Atlassian administration for entire organization Gather requirements for business processes, and determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA/Confluence/BitBucket build and configure Manage & design BitBucket repos and workspaces Gather requirements for business processes, and determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA/Confluence/BitBucket build and configure Provide application support for JIRA and Confluence to IT the rest of the business Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks Support JIRA and Confluence users Work with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation and configuration of the plug-ins Utilizes design skills to define JIRA workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high impact projects Support and configure JIRA plugins as required Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA to support runbooks Create JIRA projects, queries and reports as required Understand tools ITIL support framework to ensure strong understanding of processes Support, compile and troubleshoot Atlassian tools Very good knowledge of SDLC and experience working with Agile teams Technical Skills Hands on experience on Atlassian Products Knowledge of Source code & build tools like Bit bucket, Git, Maven, Nexus, Sonarqube etc Knowledge of test automation using Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Junit, Postman etc Experience on web & mobile CICD pipelines added advantage Knowledge of DevOps Tools – CI/CD – Jenkins, GitLab, AWS DevOps Knowledge of Cloud – AWS & Azure Good understanding of effective utilization of DevOps Communication Skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments • The ability to solve complex problems, identify feasible alternatives and build elegant, maintainable solutions • Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and coordinate tasks across different teams • Strong oral and written communication skills • Effective project management with focus on time and cost Eligibility criteria Degree: BE/B-Tech/MCA/BCA Preferred Certification: Jira Administration for Cloud, Jira Adminstration for Data Center and ServerJob Type: Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹800,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timeProvident FundWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 2 years (Required)
