YDS World Hiring for Project Manager at Ahmedabad Full Time

YDSWorld is a case management company that helps providers and attorneys nationwide. We are seeking a Project Manager who is fluent in spoken and written English.

The Project Manager is focused on ensuring healthy customer retention through proactive account management activities.

• In collaboration with Sales, onboarding, and Product Management, this position provides visibility into customer feedback, issues, and stability.
• The ideal candidate will have effective customer engagement skills with exceptional critical thinking capabilities.
• At SimplifyPI, the Client Success team interacts closely with the Sales team to ensure our customers are wildly successful.

Responsibilities

• Establish a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive the value of SimplifyPI.
• Develop a deep understanding of the platform features and solutions to ensure customers are leveraging the platform’s functionality to its fullest potential.
• Understand customer business goals and objectives to ensure that clients derive maximum value from SimplifyPI and fully utilize our case management services if applicable
• Monitor customer usage to track adoption, opportunities for optimization, expansion, and at-risk early warning signs.
• Proactively engage with existing customers periodically to promote customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with our product.
• Serve as the voice of our customers cross-functionally, providing feedback and insights internally.
• Work closely with our sales, product, marketing, engineering teams to develop and prioritize the customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2-years of project management in fast-paced work environments. Excellent client management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Must be analytical, organized, and methodical with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience working with SaaS Companies.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Must be able to write and speak English fluently

We are hiring for US day shift (India: Monday – Friday: 6:30PM – 3:30AM)

**This is a Work From Home Position. You must have your own computer and internet.**

Salary: ₹264,350.58 – ₹1,190,725.00 per year
